At our restaurant you will find great attention to seasonality and raw materials and quality that are reworked with taste and lightness, thanks to the passion and imagination of the chef.
The raw materials are chosen with great care: fresh pasta is homemade, most of the products are zero km and Slow Food presidia are used: the wild mosciolo of Portonovo, the salame of Fabriano, the pecorino of the Sibillini Mountains.

The Marche region is rich with native grapes that can accompany and enhance the most delicious recipes: the menu of the restaurant wine cellar will guide you in the tasting wine of the most important wine producers in Marche - with a wide choice of DOC and DOCG wines - without neglecting labels of national grape varieties.
The interior rooms
Hotel Restaurant has two rooms directly connected with the hall.
The first room of restaurant is perfect for meeting lunches and dinners and conferences or any other event and can accomodate up tio 180 persons.
The second room, more intimate and reserved, can receive up to 30 people and is particularly suitable for a business lunch, a quiet dinner during the family holiday or a relaxing meal during the stay.

In a meeting, the moment of the coffee break is crucial: this is why we want everything must be perfect and your guests feel refreshed and ready to start the second part of the meeting.
